Yes, this is my reality. We have been in a state of 'rearranging' for over a month now. That is Vincent next to a primed wall, a changing table in the middle of the room, and, the best part, a black garbage bag taped in the window.

It's the summer of "Chore Sticks". Not very glamorous, I know, but they do serve their purpose because the kids beg to do them in the morning (it may or may not have something to do with the gumball they get out of the machine afterwards). The chores work great being that they are just things that I want them to learn how to do but don't have to be done specifically on any given day. Let's just say they are 'in-training'. Once we empty the big jar, all the sticks go back and we start over.
